2. I’d like to learn more. What is your process?
Our process is designed to ensure clarity, accuracy, and the best outcome for your project.
Step 1 – Initial Contact
Get in touch with us via phone or enquiry to explain your project and what you’re looking for.
Step 2 – Information We Usually Request
To get started, we typically ask for:
-
Site photos
-
Any designs or reference images you like
-
Project location
-
The products or scope of work you are considering
Step 3 – Showroom Visit or Site Visit
This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We strongly encourage visiting our showroom first, as wrought iron is a highly custom product. Your Project Manager will guide you through design options, materials, and details before preparing a quotation.
Without this step, it can be difficult to provide an accurate quotation, and later changes may result in misunderstandings or variations.
3. What makes Euro Iron different from other companies?
There are three key areas that set us apart:
-
Planning & Design Expertise
We place strong emphasis on planning and design, addressing key questions such as where the product should be positioned, what height and spacing work best, which design suits the architecture, and how the design should align with other elements of the house.
This stage typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the project. -
Long Industry Experience
We operated on Parramatta Road for over 15 years before relocating to our Pendle Hill showroom. Our experience spans residential, renovation, and high-end custom projects. -
Customer Service & Product Quality
Attentive customer service and quality workmanship go hand in hand. Our longevity in the industry reflects our commitment to both.
4. How long does it take from design to installation?
Typically 10–12 weeks after final drawing confirmation.
Exact timeframes may vary depending on the project—your Project Manager will advise accordingly.
5. Will I see the drawings before confirming production?
Yes, absolutely.
-
Precise Site Measurement – After the first payment, our specialised measurement team, led by your Project Manager, will visit your site.
-
Final Drawings – Detailed shop drawings are prepared internally, usually within one week. These drawings are to scale and represent exactly what you will receive.
-
Refinements & Confirmation – We work closely with you through any adjustments to ensure full clarity. Once drawings are confirmed, production begins (10–12 weeks).
6. Why does wrought iron require drawings, unlike off-the-shelf products? Do you provide renders?
Wrought iron is fundamentally different from standard, off-the-shelf products.
-
Each project involves detailed discussion both before and after drawings to achieve the best result.
-
Experience plays a key role—sometimes small adjustments in spacing, twists, or detailing can significantly enhance the final outcome.
-
Render images are provided at later stages to help visualise the final product.
At the early stages, we strongly encourage clients to visit the showroom, view finished products, and compare components, variations, finishes, and colours. Starting in the right direction is essential to a successful custom project.

Yes. Please send through your reference design, and we will review and adapt it to suit your project.
